This is the second of two David Muir Speaker Series events focusing on the US Elections. The first event was with Joel Benenson, the only pollster in democratic history to have achieved success in three presidential election campaigns.

In conjunction with the John Smith Centre and the College Employability Team, the David Muir Speaker Series has brought senior figures from the world of politics and the media to the University of Glasgow to discuss contemporary political issues since 2012.

Previous speakers include Ric Bailey (BBC’s Chief Adviser, Politics), Michael Jermey (ITV’s Director of News and former Programme Director from ITN), Pete Brodnitz (US Pollster and Founder and President of Expedition Strategies), and Liz Allen (Liz Allen, Former White House Deputy Communications Director and Deputy Assistant to President Barack Obama).
